The Adaptas approach shortens the client’s time to market. Upon prototype completion, the tooling packages are finalized, the programming is done, and the machining cycle times are confirmed. By making prototypes and production runs on the same machining platform, we ensure that the client’s products are designed for efficient and high-quality manufacturing.
With more than 60 machines, our CNC group is dedicated to producing quick-turn prototypes and production machined parts. We have the tools and inspectors to check and present FA paperwork that proves Adaptas met or exceeded the tolerances specified on the client’s documentation.
We can accept large-scale production development projects requiring the processing of over 100 new parts within timelines dictated by our OEM’s project goals.
Adaptas works with most metals (steels/aluminum/titanium), plastics, and machinable ceramics, and offers full material certification tracking upon request.
