At ETP Ion Detect by Adaptas, our “Change Management Strategy” is being honored as among the best in Australia by Human Resources Director Magazine (HRD) magazine.

The magazine’s annual Australian HR Awards “celebrate the outstanding achievements of the country’s top HR leaders, teams and organizations.”

ETP Ion Detect by Adaptas was selected, from hundreds of nominations, by HRD for placement on its shortlist as an Australian HR Awards Finalist in the national competition’s “Best Change Management Strategy” category.

“Our change management strategy is creating a cultural shift towards trust and continuous improvement. We’re developing a workforce that’s enabled to ask ‘why,’ that’s engaged and supported, and whose members proactively help each other and our customers,” said ETP Ion Detect by Adaptas CEO Colin Jump.

“The results are impressive, including increased continuous improvement training, improvements in employee engagement, and dramatic reductions in scrap materials. Furthermore, we’ve seen the upskilling and development of our Production staff; utilization of a common language throughout our business; and increased cross-functional communication, relationships, and knowledge sharing,” Jump said.

“In short, we are having a dramatic, positive, substantial, and sustainable impact across the company for the benefit of our organization and our employees — as well as our partners and customers.”

The winners of the Australian HR Awards will be named at a gala event on Friday, 6 September at The Star Event Centre, Sydney.
